What are Reports?

Each report includes:- GEO Score summary and trends — Your score over the reporting period
- Top performing keywords — Which keywords are driving the most visibility
- Competitor movement — Changes in competitor rankings
- New opportunities identified — Emerging areas for improvement
- Recommended actions — Specific next steps based on the data
Report frequency by plan
Scheduling reports
- Go to Reports in your dashboard sidebar
- Under Scheduled Reports, toggle Auto-generate on
- Enable Email notifications to receive reports in your inbox
- Configure the frequency (weekly or monthly)
Email recipients
Add team members or stakeholders as email recipients so they receive reports automatically:- Under Email Recipients, enter an email address
- Click Add Recipient
Additional email recipients are available on Starter plans and above.
Manual generation
Click Generate Report Now at any time to create a report on demand. Manual generation uses your monthly report quota.Report history
All previously generated reports are available in the Report History section. From here you can:- Preview a report in the browser
- Download a report as PDF
- See the status and date of each report
